Vintage Yves Saint Laurent necklace from the 1990s. A classic design from YSL, this necklace is a redux of the one made in the 1970s as seen here on Farah Fawcett. Shiny gold tone with intricate embossing, including 'Yves Saint Laurent' around the border of each. Toggle closure through the staple heart shape which features YSL's signature, and has an extra dangling coin medallion at the backside.
