Darted and fitted upper, double lined. Deep burgundy velvet strip connecting the sheer, paneled, scarf hem bottom. Low rise waist. Zip up closure at left side. A beautiful piece that looks lovely layered for Fall/Winter, or worn with a crop or bikini in the Spring/Summer.
